A home in Parkland that sold for $6.4 million topped the list of Broward County’s most expensive home sales last week.

A total of 482 home sales were recorded in the area over the past week, with an average price of $608,832. The average price per square foot ended up at $338.

The prices in the list below are for real estate sales whose title was created in the week of June 20, even if the property may have been sold earlier.
